Tomas has worked in every facet of the business, field operations, project management and operations management starting as a laborer at Proline Paving working his way to the highest position as Director of Operations . He is an industry expert with extensive skills in leadership of high-performing teams.

Tomas has a proven record, delivering more than that meeting or exceeding the project profitability goals.

As a Director of Operations at Proline Paving, Tomas oversees all major contracts, project schedules and works closely with our teams, focusing on client service and relationships as well as operational excellence.

Maria Nuno plays a key role in the leadership team at Proline Paving and has over 22 years of industry experience. As the Director of Finance, she uses her financial skills in every part of the company.
